Prop torque is generally set by the prop maker. 20 to 25 ft lb. is too much
for the bolt in question. By prop makers, as an example, Warp Drive is 175
in lb. (about 14.5 ft lb.) and Power Fin is 195 in lb. (about 16 ft lb.) if
you have a wood prop it will likely be even less.
