      Hi,
      
      I=99m using NGK B8ES spark plugs on my Rotax 582.  Does anyone
      have an equivalent spark plug number for one that does not have the
      screw-on tip?

      yes, NGK does make a "solid top" version of this plug. It's normally not 
      available
      at your local auto parts store. Often NAPA stores can order it for you. It's
      NGK part number 3683
