    Right you are Roger: And when it comes to "INSPECTION" of electrical connections - Especially Grounds - LQQKing at them is NOT inspecting. You must Remove them, Clean them and Replace the Star Washer. And then if you are really good, Coat them with Dielectric Grease or Paint... This keep moisture from starting the corrosion process all over again.
