Thank you again, Roger, for you help. It was not as extreme as I had thought when
I had the right tool. Flywheel torqued according to the manual.

I'm not 100% sure what the extra 180 degree turn would yield, but is common
on head bolts and the like to apply a certain torque followed by a certain amount
of degree turn.
