As the article pointe dout (and I sure hope folks read it), the problem in this case wasn't identified as the instructions the jurors got; it was the the instructions the jurors DIDN'T get. Those instructions were given in open court in front of the def ense, plaintiff, jury and anyone in the courtroom. The legal team for th e EAA and the Arlington flyin were grossly negligent in their duties. On e of those idiots should have spoke up and objected right then...
