That's a common opinion, but it's not legally or politically sound. It's actually the other way around. Your right to fly is what enables you to have a license, etc. You can't be denied the opportunity to qualify for a license -- it's a right. The license and qualifications exist because they define "where my nose begins." I.e., they define a reasonable constraint on your freedom to fly with the sole purpose of protecting everyone else's liberty. The U.S. constitution ensures (or attempts to ensure) that is so through the "necessary and proper" clause. > Personally, I consider it a privledge because I am blessed with the good > health and the skills to do so. It's certainly wise to recognize that you are priviledged to be able to fly, for many reasons. But if you want to be strictly correct you should say that you're priviledged to live in a country that protects your right to fly. The right exists regardless of where you live. The priviledge comes from living in a place that recognizes that right. Hi Stuart,

The very fact that you are asking this speaks volumes.

The Performance Engines website calls you the Sales Manager.  Holding this position in the company and taking no action to remedy the situation defines you as complicit.  So where is my money ???
