homemade metal plenum that had a hinge down the middle of the case to
allow access to the cylinders etc. Can someone point me in the right
direction?

| Subject: | nyloseal fittings |
I am about to hook up my static line and pitot tube to the various
instruments. I am using nyloseal fittings. Is it advisable to use anything
on the nyloseal threads to make them air tight? That oil-teflon paste caled
Bakerseal perhaps or maybe plumber's teflon tape?
My concern is that I'm using a number of T's and you generally have to clock
those to satisfy tube routing issues rather than screwing them in to optimal
tightness (whatever that is). Something extra on the threads might reduce
the chance that I get a leaky fit even if the T isn't screwed in as far as
it could go.
