Is anyone on the list renting a hangar at Rocky Mountain Metro (Jeffco) ai

Jess,
Thanks for the Christmas card! I hope everything is going well with you
and your family! Still doin duck day? Wasn't sure how long ago that was and
how old your grand son is. Anyway, no, I have not flown my RV yet. There are
a few reasons but probably the biggest one is that I am scared. I thought I
had a line on a fellow to train me but when push cam to shove he backed out.
Said he had too many other commitments. We had it all worked out. Stay at
his place for a weekend he was going to check me out for a taildragger and
was only 2 hours drive time away. I have also been working on an all
aluminum 4.3 with a stroker crank. It has not materialized yet but it is in
the works. What have you been up to? Any luck with a more efficient prop?
Any other projects?
