Subject: | Cork Gaskets For Comant CI122 VHF Antennas |
One can purchase cork gasket material and make the gasket. I just made a
gasket for one of my fuel tank sensors. A utility knife and leather hole
punch work well.

I would contact the company that make the antenna, most likely they would send
you one for free.

VHF Com antennas? When I removed them from the old RV-8 fuselage, I must have
put them in a very "safe" place and now I can't find them anywhere. Guess
they're pretty safe. Anyway, I need to order a couple more but I checked the
Chief, Pacific Coast Avionics, and ACS web pages and found the antennas but no
references to just ordering the cork gaskets.
