Subject: RV-List: Flying RV Hobbs Count

I was going to send out a notice that the Flying RV Hobbs was about to crac
k 8,000 and I looked down for a minute and the Hobbs is now at 8,031 and cl
imbing! Those RV-12's are sure adding up quickly. Wow, what an accomplishme
nt. I started flying RV's less than a decade ago when the count was under 3
,000. I bet we get to 10,000 in less than 4 years.  It could be argued that
 Van & his line of RV's are one of the very best things that ever happened 
to general aviation.
