    Subject: Instrument panel re-work
About fifteen years or so ago, when I was working on the instrument panel for my RV6A, someone did some panel cutting for me on a nice machine - they worked for an aircraft manufacturer in the northwest and had access to CNC tools. With the recent failure of my Century Flight Systems NSD1000 HSI, I may need to re-do the eight-pack portion of my panel to include an alternative replacement for the HSI. So far, the GRT Mini-AP is the only one that allows me to maintain the full HSI functionality and interface with the remaining existing installed equipment. I have determined that the Mini-AP will fit in the eight-pack plate with minimal rearranging - I just need a new plate! I'm needing help finding a few things...: 1. Cutout diagrams for the United Altimeter and Vertical Speed Indicator. 2. Cutout diagrams for the United Airspeed Indicator. 3. Someone that can take all of the cutout diagrams and cut a replacement panel...I'm looking through my e-mails and invoices for the original guy - that's the best start for me. Thanks in advance, Ralph Capen RV6A N822AR "Patience" @ N06 - 280 hours.
