It's even worse when you have proseal added to the equation isn't it! I lifted my skins out of the cradle a bit, shoved the rib as tightly as i could into the leading edge portion and then pushed the skin back into the cradle to wedge it temporarily in position. Then i clecoed from the trailing edge forward and it seemed to pull them into alignment. I also found it easier to clecoe the top skin/rib first since it has more curvature, then the bottom. Hope this helps, don't hesitate to hollar if you have questions about leak checking. I'm no expert , but i think mine came out pretty good.
