--> RV10-List message posted by: "Conti, Rick" <rick.conti@boeing.com> According to the instructions, we are to dimple the rear spar flange holes that align with the ribs. We are also to dimple the rib flange hole on the lower tab that connects to the spar flange. All went fine until I got to the ribs with the flap hinges. Could not dimple the rib with pneumatic squeezer. How did everyone else accomplish this task? Thank You Rick Conti Manager Systems Engineering Strategic Initiatives The Boeing Company office: 703 - 414 - 6141 cell: 703 - 472 - 8592

--> RV10-List message posted by: "Randy's Abros mail" <randy@abros.com> My hand squeezer is a Tadco that I do not use very often but it works good on some tight places. Also most of my dimple dies have one ground edge to them for tight spots.
