I think it helps if you accurately measure the bearing distance (7/8" from the HS to the center of the bearing). I did this and then tightened the jam nuts and everything was perfect.. If you have a color printer, try feeding a sheet of photo / glossy paper and print it. If you have access to a large format color laser (Lexmark C910), it looks good at 11 x 17 format too.
