But I wanted to make the point that we can swap them with the rocket builders..... Sent from my iPhone On Oct 7, 2009, at 2:57 PM, Kevin Belue wrote: > I think you have that backwards. You do not need relays or other boards for the trim. It is all built-in and all solid-state. Also, the pilot and co-pilot inputs are handled appropriately when there is conflicting control inputs between the two. On a separate but related note, you also do NOT need to install relays for the door latch annunciator switches. You just run the two switches in series from each door into a switched input pin, and you can change the logic (on when grounded or on when un-grounded) in the setup menus. -------- Marc Ausman http://www.verticalpower.com RV-7 IO-390 Flying Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=267102#267102 ________________________________ Message 3 _____________________________________ Time: 08:53:49 AM PST US Subject: Re: RV10-List: Re: hat switch relays From: Jesse Saint Note, though, that the VP only handles 2 trim servos, so if you have 3, then you will need a relay for the 3rd. I've got a C4B5 too, although not flying yet. Thanks for the lead on swapping ears with the Rocket guys, would never have known that and was going to order new parts soon.
