I bought a small garden tractor from HD during an end-of-season sale for $600.
New tugs are $10-1200 minimum.

I wanted to let you know Scott Schmidt installed my 90 degree retro kit and
was able to put it together without taking any screws out on his doors. If
your screws are painted over you don't necessarily have to take them out.
You can feed the pushrods through the new slot in the bottom and feed the
midrack through the box. Let me know if you
have any questions.
