Mine runs fine above 1200 rpm or so. I just looked on their web-site and couldn't find it. My memory of the graph is that the SD-20 doesn't produce it's full 20 am output until it's turning near max RPM's. My SD-20 Low Voltage light is lit when the engine is at idle. I have a check list item on my run-up to check that it extinguishes when I go through my run up. > > Deems Davis > N519PJ > www.deemsrv10.com > > On 6/16/2010 6:09 PM, Aaron Gleixner wrote: >> >> I just got my plane flying, and thought I had a problem with my B&C SD-20. Cable length + corresponding fit would also depend upon location and use of the stock FW holes. Any deviation from the original locations would change the required lengths slightly. I've also heard mentioned that engine sump dimensions vary widely. The take away here for those yet to come is to measure for your particular setup before ordering the FWF or throttle quadrant. Thanks everyone that responded to this thread. Don't know what I'd do without access to this community. Probably fall out of the sky! Jay wires up to here... Tim: My angle meter shows 8.5 degrees forward tilt, when the longeron below the door is level. I set my magnetometer to that tilt, and it seems to work well. :D Phil in IL RV-10 40220 w/Mazda 20B engine Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=301614#301614
