Subject: | backlit placards |
A long time ago I remember reading a thread wherein a guy had fab'd a strip of
engraved switch/cb placards that were internally illuminated with the light passing
through the engravings. It was some kind of clear material with an overcoating
like the airliners use.
That is something that I am interested in and am now reaching that stage.
Does anyone remember or know who did that or have any other insight on how to pursue
that?
Thanks in advance.

You could glue an opaque and clear piece of plastic together and the route through
the opaque layer.
