He has his accessory outlet on the dash, so I made the in-line switch about two feet from the receptacle, with a total length of about 11 feet so that he can put the cooler in the back. The 4" ducts extend to 8 ft. and they are quick detach. Thanks for the interest, - Lew -------- non-pilot crazy about building NOW OFICIALLY BUILDER #40549 Fly off completed ! You MUST bring a bumper sticker for your favorite university football team (As long as it is not the Georgia Bulldogs) and put it on the car - Just make sure it's lightly taped on. The results are ALWAYS fun! Gary, don't let Brenda read this! There is power around the shower facility, but you have to be real trusting to leave your devices there. Although, I've not heard that there is a theft issue and have seen many cells phones left unattended. Generators around the camp usually start promptly at 7:30 in the morning. Most of the folks with generators have extension cords you can plug into. Finding somebody in the RV-10 HQ with a generator running is usually not a problem. Tim just posted the Zaug's food schedule. There are places open for breakfast and dinner. Ace's has good omelets. You don't have to cook, unless you prefer to cook your meals. Then there are all the group dinners. In compliance with its special ops certification, for operation over a busy airport and to avoid populated areas, a take off on 28 with a landing on 10 was the rule, so waiting for the wind to trend the other way late afternoon was the go. What an awesome machine! Yesterday put in a couple of hours x-country with some test work to establish the parameters. Truly blown away. Minor snags.. slight heavy right wing, no floscan reading for fuel flow and maybe high oil temp issue at 219F on climb Settled out at 202F in the cruise, but considering winter temps at the moment, I'd be looking to get that back to the 180 as the norm before the summer. I'm extremely grateful to the many generous people on the RV list for their time and in particular, Tim Olson's website that I shamelessly lived on, drew inspiration from and enjoyed immensely. One needs to be able to have a reference for a non flyer so as long as it is near the stick and one can discern whats what it should be fine. Hard to put labels on the actual stick.
