They are panel powered using the "limo" (sp?) jack. Jacks are always sold separately....I ordered mine direct from Bose, so you'd have to have your own jacks. They've been in use for about 4 years now. $725/pr. I think it weighs 2 or 3 ounces. If you glassed yours to the cabin I wouldn't worry about adding any screws.
