Attached is picture of the doubler plate for bolt access hole. the whole job took
about 4 hrs in all. Remember that the side panel fits here so check and fit
carefully. Note that the doubler is cut away. As I recall these are the same
pieces as the pitot access plate on the wing.

I installed my access covers last night, and they look just like the ones in the
photos above. Only difference is that I put a bit of a joggle in the doubler
where it runs under the rib, but perhaps that isn't necessary.

From what is looks they are the stall warning access parts VA-195C/D

I think that you are correct and the plates are actually from the stall warn access
plate not the pitot access plate
