That way I can remove the grommets and studs for painting. Then install them permanently with the retainers in place after the paint is dry. The wheel fairings made it worse when I reinstalled them after winter was over. I was hoping that I would not have to install them on the 10 that I am building . Not sure why I don't have the Ma ins issues. Anyone else out there w/o this issue?
