+1 on back seat support. Looks like this:

Downside is that I couldn't easily install the cover for the back seat
support that came with my Flightline interior. I don't really miss it,
though.
On USB charging ports, I'm a big fan of installing cigarette lighter ports
if you can, then using a low-profile USB charger that plugs in. That way,
if it ever breaks, it's super-easy to replace.
