I think I've posted this before, but here is my <$200 Bogi-Bar solution

that does double duty.
Worked for a year unmodified, then worked even better in modified form
for the past year.

Your insulating likes similar to what I used. A very nice produce. You can also
get the aluminum tape at the Home Depot Aviation Department in the duct / heating
aisle.
I have found a bazillion uses for aluminum tape when building. It is good to always
have some on hand.
