I queried a friend with a Cirrus ......
"There are 4 brake linings and 4 pucks on my brakes as far as I know."
I think he really has two pucks .......

I agree, likely double puck brakes, 4 pads per caliper. It is heavier
at 3400 lbs and stall speed of 60kts vs the -10 at 55kts @ 2700 gross
wt. So obvious need for more effective brakes.

Also don't forget the tail tie down of a couple of hundred pounds. My tie
down is on rollers. The tail tie down ring is steel. I thought of using a
hook but that was a little too much.

Builders need to take care to determine their wing tie down supports are
flush with the bottom skin. My QB wings came with a small gap between the
bottom of the tie down structure and the bottom skin and as a result the
jack insert or tie down ring can crease the skin when tightened or you are
left with the aircraft sitting on the threads of the support. I used wooden
blocks with a partially drilled bolt hole for the jack and a flattened
surface of the wood with a piece of silicone baffling material "glued" to
it. Locate it under the main spar.
