I have started a rv-10 am haveing a great time finishing the HS today.
A month age dwonloaded kitlog pro and can not get it to work. software
claims I am not connected to the internet. Have emailed and called
matronics without any response . Any suggestions? Or I should I demand a
refund.

The guy who runs it had a stroke a few weeks ago and is in the hospital.
