I believe the DYNON servo wires are all unshielded.
Why do you recommend the CAN, the RS-232 and the trim wires to be shielded?

Because it's what Garmin recommends in their manual! :)
That said, it is recommended to be shielded just to keep "noise" to a minimum,
but we actually have seen people retrofit both TruTrak and Dynon Autopilots with
the Garmin Servos, re-use their existing wiring with no ill effects. Of course
it's always best to follow the manufacturer recommendations, but we have
seen people do it the other way and have acceptable results....we've also seen
people have unacceptable results as well though (so fair warning).
