Just found the Time Mark, Pins 21 and 2 on NavWorx. These two pins are

It needs a dedicated serial out from your IFD. It needs to be set for
the correct baud rate and ADSB+. The most common mistake is using ADSB
instead of ADSB+ on the Garmin navigators. I do not know if IFD has the
