I am pretty sure the bolt is an AN4 but don't know the length. I'll be able to find it when I go to the hangar, hopefully tomorrow. You can use the blue loctite if it gives you more comfort. I had Clevelands on a Cessna that had same arrangement for over 20 years, never had a bolt back out, then had a Mooney that required safety wire on those bolts, couldn't see that it made much difference, just took more time to add the safety wire.
