Another data point. I had one semi D.O.A. No connectivity up front with switch on - unless the screw tab was wiggled then it was intermittent. It was replaced under warranty. The replacement has been flawless for over a year now. Byron Sent from my iPad > On Mar 27, 2022, at 10:52 PM, Bob Turner <bobturner@alum.rpi.edu> wrote: > > > I have about 8 of them. One of them suffered infant mortality at about 4 hours since new. Mechanically failed, knocked a hole in the back of the plastic case, when first turned on, I think. Others (plus replacement) are all still working fine, ten years later. > > -------- > Bob Turner > RV-10 QB > > > > > Read this topic online here: > > http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=506413#506413 > > > > > > > > >

I used them in three RVs over the last ~22 years. Never had a failure. I use them for things like: - Boost Pump - Landing and Nav/Strobes - Pitot heat I use the Tyco pull breakers for stuff that is not controlled with a switch, like: - Avionics - Alternator voltage regulator - Trim servos - Autopilot servos Carl > On Mar 27, 2022, at 9:12 PM, dlm <dlm34077@gmail.com> wrote: > > > Anyone have any experience with their reliability, MTBF, failure indications? probability of failure and any relationship to current load? > > David > N46007
