During phase 1 I just used some markings on the flap, and an up-down switch. Then,
I flew on a particularly dark night, and couldnt see the markings. I put in
the position controller offered by Vans (to answer a previous question, yes,
there are 4 positions: full up, 0, half and full). I also put in a Ray Allan
position sensor, which displays nicely on my GRT EFIS.
