I am getting ready to build a work bench to use for constructing the RV-12. What is an ideal size? I was thinking 4' x 12'. Is that too wide or too short? What do you think is best? From: "Sabrina" It took me 2200 hours over 22 months to build a standard built Zenith kit from a kit supplied before much of the CNC work was available. Is the RV12 kit all match hole final for all parts or are they just pilot holes like the skins on the new Zodiac kits? (the ribs, leading edges, longerons were not pre-drilled) Any difference between the rivets/riveting process? What challenges would I face with the RV12 that I did not with the Zodiac?
