Hi Rick, I have run two different Catto props on my 150 HP RV4 and my hangar neighbor
runs a Catto 3 blade on his 160HP RV4. I run a 68X72 two blade and I have
a carbureted, electronic ignition 0-320 7.4:1 pistons. I wanted 2700 rpm max
at SL/full throttle. My 68/72 is spot on. My neighbor with the three blade just
had Craig make him a new 3 blade as the original 3 blade was underpitched.
The new one is perfect for 160HP. Have Craig reference John Cobbs newest prop
for his RV4, it should be close for your airplane as well....
