I'm thinking of going with the Archer Model 1 wing tip antenna. Does
anybody know first hand If it will fit the RV-3 wing tip also can a guy get away
with a strobe light mounted in the same tip?
Thanks

Hi All,
I forgot to mention.
Archer wingtip antenna, strobe light and NAV light.
The strobe light and NAV light wires are routed along the front edge of the
antenna, and actually end up improving the antenna operation because they act
as addition ground plane, according to Bob.
Of course, if you route the light wire across the top of Bob's antenna, they
block the signal. (Follow the instructions.)
