Van's has confirmed that the hole height of VS-310 is 1 1/4 inches
and that the hole height of VS-309 is 1 3/8 inches; i.e., the drawing IS 
correct.

They said that the rear spar of the Vert Stab and the rear spar of the Rudder 
are NOT parallel
