Hi Listers,
Each year at the end of the List Fund Raiser, I post a message
acknowledging everyone that so generously made a Contribution to
support the Lists. Its sort of my way of publicly thanking everyone
that took a minute to show their appreciation for the Lists.
Won't you take a moment and assure that your name is on that List of
Contributors (LOC)? As a number of members have pointed out over the
years, the List seems at least - if not a whole lot more - valuable
as a building/flying/recreating/entertainment tool as your typical
magazine subscription!
Please take minute and assure that your name is on this year's

I am new here and this is who I am:
Jim Anglin
Independence, OR
built an RV6 on '91
bought an RV4 in '01
built a Harmon Rocket II in '05
sold the -6
sold the -4
love the Rocket
Now I want to build an RV3 or purchase one flying so I have something to bust around
the valley in without mama. I know - I can do that in the Rocket. I think
the -3 will save me about 60% operating costs. So just throttle back you
say. You come fly it and see if you can throttle back. When you pull up over
a cloud at 7 gph in the Rocket it ain't nearly as much fun as doing it at 14
gph.
Does anyone know if John Harmon produced plans to build the original Rocket with
the RV3 base?
Anyway, here I am, looking for a -3.
