--> RV4-List message posted by: GRENIER@aol.com Scott, I bought one of the seats, fitted into my 4 but decided not to use it. My reason is that I needed more room because of my inability to loose about 30 pounds, The seat fit perfectly it is molded on the bottom to fit behind the front spar and rest on the floor. The seat extends over the spar. You do not need a raised seat fixture. The top of the sear rest against the role bar. Brackets are used to attach the seat to the airframe. The seat is very comfortable and holds you firmly in place. It has an additional cushion that is velcroed under your legs. I can measure it for you if you tell me what demensions you need. Ray
