I have heard from other that they experienced the motion - described to me as
something like the v-tailed Bonanza. Its not why I installed the RV-8 tail
however, The original tail the had been completed when I bought the kit had a
serious curve in it when I originally mounted it to the fuse. I decided to buy
the 8 kit from a local builder who never started it. I think it looks great
with the larger tail and it is very stable.

Very interesting. I might be that because my vert stab is several inches
higher than the 4 stab, the top might be above the terbulated air. In any event
I havn't noticed any wagging even in significant terbulance.
