Subject: | Fuel line location |
--> RV4-List message posted by: PGLong@aol.com
I'm a little puzzled on how to run the fuel line from the left tank to the
fuel valve and still mount the F 463 bracket as indicated.
Due to the flop tube on the left fuel tank pickup, the fuel outlet point is
in front of the leading edge spar connect point. Can I turn the F 463 bracket
around and put the foot facing towards the rear instead of forward? This would
give me room for the grommet. This puts the fuel line into the foot well for
the left rudder, I think I can keep bends short to avoid to much interference.
Is this the normal thing to do? Sure would rather keep the fuel lines out of
the rudder footwells, but not sure how to do it.
