I'm not real happy with the way they fit. I'm considering using just a flat strip to wrap around this area and use "U" shaped rubber edge trim against the fuselage. What do others prefer for looks and function? I've heard that the fiberglass just makes a little more frontal area and therefore more air resistance. Thanks Bob. Have got a lot of help from your answers. Where did you get= the all metal fairing? Just order a strip and make your own? What thickness= did you use? Does Van's offer this option?
