My old prop gave up the ghost this weekend. I've ordered a new Aymar-
Demuth but due to lead time I'm also in the market for a spare to fly
with until the new prop is ready.
Anyone have a good used prop suitable for use on an RV4 powered by a
Lycoming O-360-A1A, 180hp?

I have a Sterba 68" X 72" that I used on my RV-4, 0-320-160. It was more of
a cruise prop so may work for you. It is setup for 3/8" bolt holes but
could probably be drilled out for 7/16" if necessary. Also have the spinner,
crush plate, bolts and a 4" extension that fits a 0-320 if your interested.
