My mixture is mounted on the side on a separate vernier control to keep the throttle quadrant with one lever, like a real fighter...ha! Thinking these must be for use if you place the control on top of the longeron per the drawings. I am using a quadrant that will be perhaps a foot below the longeron. From that location, these seem to be approximately 7 inches too long. Question: What length have those of you who located the throttle and mixture on a quadrant in the lower location using?
