A couple of weeks ago, there was an exchange about getting heat to the rear
seat of an RV-4. It was mentioned that Van's would not give info as to
whether a duct could be routed through the spar.
My -4 has such an arrangement. I bought this project from another builder
who ran out of time to complete it. LUCKY ME! Anyway, I wasn't sure if this
was his mod or per plans. Got to the hangar today and checked my drawings.
My issue of plans shows a 2 inch duct going from the firewall to the back
seat. it travels down the right side of the center "tunnel" area. It is
depicted on plans sheet 40.
