I used a friend's Pin Mill, at least that's what I think is was. You could
also use a vertical milling machine with a wood end router bit in it. This pin
mill was just a vertical hi speed spindle that had an end mill in it. I
simply set the gap to the table at 4-3/8" and moved the prop by hand under it
on a
smooth flat table. Guess you could even use a router if you come up with a
way to maintain the proper gap. Anyway, that solved my problem.
