What have you builders found to be a good process for removing the shrink
and stretch marks before priming? My thought was sand and prime with a sanding
primer and sand some more.
Your thoughts?

PPG makes a primer/surfacer: Prima K36 On the PPG website you are looking
for data sheet P-169P. It is a high solid content primer that sands really
well. That's what it's made for. I'm addicted to using it. It's
particularly suitable for fiberglass. I don't think it's real expensive
either. I used if for the shrink/stretch marks on the side skins. Can't
see em' now!!!
