Where can your photos of your trim tab installation be found? I didn't see
a link in your posting.

Matt - I never found instructions on that point either.
It struck me that on the first flight you want to be able to trim for slow
flight, approach, so that requires more than normal up elevator, trim tab
down. So I adjusted mine with a little extra down rather than up. I havnt
flown the -4 yet though, so I have no confirmation that I did the correct
thing.
As to throw, when I built my -9a the movement in the cruise around the
centre was minimal, it caused me to include a gizmo to slow the trim down on
the -4. The only time I saw significant movement from the middle was CofG
forward trimming for approach. (Trim down.)
Cheers, Steve.

Hello Listers,
What is the common opinion on the reuse of those aero-nuts with the
little nylon insert? Seems like once you use one and take it off the
strength of the nylon isn't as good any longer. Is there a
"recommended" number of uses for them?
Thanks,
Matt

If you can remove it with your fingers, it's time to replace it :)

Philip, if that was directed at me, my pictures were not so helpful so I
did not include. What I have is here. Scroll down.

Cheers, Steve.
