Has this been an issue for anyone? I'm about to mount mine in this location. Thanks Peter dugdale@voyager.net ________________________________ Message 2 _____________________________________ Time: 05:59:53 PM PST US From: "Tim Lewis" Subject: Re: RV6-List: Navaid A/P in RV6 --> RV6-List message posted by: "Tim Lewis" It's been no problem in 500+ hours. I mounted the servo in a tray, and attached the tray to some angle pieces riveted to the sides of the ribs. This allowed me to move the servo as far forward as possible, which minimizes the pitch coupling angle. Ran the push pull to the pilots side. Easy to do and works well. http://www3.telus.net/elfrench/rv6%20no4.html Ted French RV-6A x 3 All flying -----Original Message----- From: owner-rv6-list-server@matronics.com [mailto:owner-rv6-list-server@matronics.com] On Behalf Of Peter Dugdale Subject: RV6-List: Navaid A/P in RV6 --> RV6-List message posted by: "Peter Dugdale" Hello For those of you with a Naviad A/P in an RV6 with the servo under the seat, the servo push-pull tube is at an angle to the aileron tube so a component of the force will push/pull on the elevator.
