Hi Guys,
I have an RV-6 with a O-360 and am having trouble with hot (95 degree
F.) restarts. I have to pump the devil out of it and if I turn on the
electric fuel pump it just dies. It starts perfectly when cold or cool.
A friend suggested a shroud around the fuel pump with a piece of scat
tubing. If that is the answer, is anyone making the shroud?
Thanks,
Phil

Phil: I have the O360 also, On hot restarts I have to start it with
Throtle off, Mixture off and crank till it fires and then push the
mixture in. If you knew this just disregard.

I have just installed my flaps with the electric flap motor. I have set the flap
up position where the control stops in the up position ok...but going down
it will go to about 60 degrees before it stops on its own. How do you adjust
the travel to stop at 40 degrees? Did I miss something about adjusting flap
stops...? Maybe microswitches are needed?
Any help will be appreciated
Thanks
Doyal
