Okay Guys & Gals,

    Here's the 24 thousand dollar question...  Can a set of RV-6 wings be mated
to an RV-4 fuselage ?  If so, what differences and/or changes must be made to
accommodate said cross-breeding.

    ...well since you asked;  I've ended up with an RV-4 fuselage & emp and I'm
probably going to purchase a set of RV-6 wings.  Soooo....

Hi Chuck

I suspect it would take some doing. I,m building a 6 and my naighbor has a flying
4.
For a starter, the main spars butt together in the fuselage. The 6 is a lot wider
then the 4,
so you would have to shorten the main
 spars.Hmmmm!  The rear spars attach to aft cabin
area, so you could work that  out. Good luck, it will be interesting.
