Have you checked that only one end of the shielded wires are grounded? Ground only (1 ) one end of the shielding otherwise you defeat the purpose for the shielding to give a path for unwanted emf noise (electrical magnetic force) trying to induce emf to other wiring. But, two seats, cost, functions, easy to install, are pluses. I have dual KY-97's, KLN-89B, KT-76A, PM1000II installed and wired by me. Works great. But it's up to your wallet. Enjoy.
